Q. What are my voting rights in the condominium association?
A. Each unit is entitled to one (1) vote as per Article IV,
Sec. D, Articles of Incorporation; and Sec. 2, By Laws.
Q. What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?
A. Each unit is restricted to residential use only. There shall be no more than four (4) persons residing in a unit on a permanent basis. No owner shall make any structural modifications or alterations to the unit. One domestic pet; not to exceed 20 pounds in weight, 25 pounds for Phase I oceanfront units; shall be allowed to be kept in the unit.
Q. What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on the leasing of my unit?
A. No unit shall be leased for less than a two-week period in Phases II, III and IV. There are no lease restrictions for Phase I units.
Q. How much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit and when are they due?
A. All Assessments are due on the 1st day of each month.
Q. Do I have to be a member in any other association?
A. No.
Q. Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities?
A. No.
Q. Is the Condominium association or other Mandatory membership association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability in excess of $100,000.00?
A. No.
