Parking Passes in Distribution
All owners will now be signing for a permanent plastic-coated Parking Pass. These will remain in units and be used by owners, guests, and renters. The association does not have enough space for two vehicles per unit, so one permanent pass will be issued. Owners may purchase a second parking pass for $25.00. If owner/renter has guest on-site a visitors pass can be obtained at the office. We have 186
