All owners will now be signing for a permanent plastic-coated Parking Pass.
These will remain in units and be used by owners, guests, and renters. The association does not have enough space for two vehicles per unit, so one permanent pass will be issued. Owners may purchase a second parking pass for $25.00. If owner/renter has guest on-site a visitors pass can be obtained at the office. We have 186 units and only 220 parking spaces. Realtors, Property Management Companies, etc., will continue to submit Renter Registration Forms prior to arrival.
Pass Distribution Based on Owner’s Preference
The distribution of these new Parking Passes will be based on the owner’s preferred method of delivery. Owners can choose to receive their passes via mail or pick them up in person at the association office. Please ensure your delivery preference is updated with the association to facilitate a smooth distribution process.
